Delving

These waves chop at the surface but the ocean is deep.
It is from the swelling depths we come to understand each other,
let us not be callous. What one chooses to share is their own deciding. There is no "appropriate decorum", it is true,
but this visciousness is unwarranted.

It is easy to allow ourselves to cast about blame and thrash at each other for rightness and vindication. But such victories are paltry in comparison with the mastery of the self. Remember that true efforts of discipline are best directed inward. Do not dwell upon the blackness you see in others, find your own coal and press it into diamond. When the crystal of your being has been polished, your light shines as a beacon, gently drawing out those who have been swallowed by shadow.

If you are one without a lamp, stoke the ember of your heart so that you might gain a torch to see by!

This is no idle lyric!

The future depends upon your discoveries of passion and love.
No one who searches is lost! If you are here it is because there is an ACHE in the pit of you. A longing to return!

Remember the dream you had where you couldn't find the door you just came through?
Here we are faced with that same mystery!

    nice indeed

    we are bouncing light
    like beacons welcoming those
who sail the oceans of compassion and mystery
    we say
come home and share the tales of piracy, mermaids, bermuda, galapagos, giligan's isle, and hunger

"This is no idle lyric! "

you just managed to sum up the energy of the past 2 days exactly. Thank you for your insight, as always.

The waves return and fall against the shore, glad to be home.
